Ben H. was our server at the One North Lansing location. He was an amazing and attentive server. We were here looking at the event space and he took the time to go through the entire menu through and through with us, allowing us to ask questions. He made great suggestions about drink and food options and was concerned about if we liked what we ordered. The food was just as good as the service! But Ben H. was the highlight of our visit. We also had a great encounter with the manager Britney! She was very helpful with our inquiries about the event space and took the time to show us around the entire restaurant. We are very impressed with the service, food, and atmosphere of the One North Lansing location and we will be moving forward with hosting our event in this space. We will also be requesting Ben H. as one of our servers for the event!

Excellent service! Great atmosphere! Highly recommend the Brussels Sprouts and Bacon appetizer. I've eaten at One North more than once and everything has always been delicious. The Harvest Salad and Grilled Cheese are particularly great. Love this place so much!

OneNorth was the location of our "Mom Prom." The room was perfect for our needs and we had ample space and a great ambiance. The waitress handled our 20 group with ease. Drinks were good and food was delicious! Expansive menu with diverse offerings. Would highly recommend for any large group events (or just regular dining). Excellent communication beforehand with the event consultant. Edited to add: Year 2 for Mom Prom and it was just as great!

Fun for the family. The food is standard American food. Well done American food. My children enjoyed a lot, there is a shuffle board that they were able to play with while we waited for our food. Good atmosphere, fun and enough TVs to watch whatever game you want. My son: “the food, was very complicated, but in a good functional manner.”

First visit with great anticipation. I was amazed. Interior was fantastic. Outdoor seating was terrific with high tops, low tops, small couches and umbrellas at most tables. Great selection at the bar. We stopped in for loaded tater tots, thinking we were getting a quick snack but these are no ordinary tots. They're hand made like hushpuppies and are incredible! Can't wait to try something else next time!

The food was great! The Michigan salad (sans bacon) was delicious. My friend seemed to enjoy their tornado shrimp and margarita(s). The patio is quite nice. The server was attentive, despite our being there 4 hours.

I have enjoyed many dining experiences in the past, but organized a family event for the first time yesterday. Caleb, the event coordinator, and the staff assigned to us did a fabulous job. We enjoyed the party space and the food selection was enjoyed by all. Thank you One North for helping us celebrate our college graduate!
